• About our Quality Plan:
We want you to know about an important plan we have called the Quality Plan. It is the goal of this plan to help our members get the best possible care and service. We are always working hard to help our members be healthy and happy. We do many things to work toward this goal:

                 •  We teach our members and doctors about the ways to take care of different conditions that have been set                     up by experts in the medical field. We want to help our members be happy and healthy.

                 •  We talk to our members and doctors about what they like and do not like about us, and we try to make                     things better.

                 •  We measure how we are doing in a lot of different areas. If we see something that could be better, we get                     everyone together to figure out how to do this. Then, we check back on it to make sure we are doing better.
